We’re excited to share some lovely news with our Pickhill School families! Thanks to the incredible generosity of All Saints' Church, 150 special blue ducks have been purchased, meaning that every child from Pre-School through to Year 6 will have their own chance to take part in our annual Duck Race! 🦆 Each child will be coming home with their own unique number, representing their very own numbered duck, which will be released at 3pm from Low Swainby Beck this Bank Holiday Monday. We’d love for you to join us for a fun-filled afternoon. Come along to the church grounds from 1pm where there will be: 🎨 Free face painting 🦆 A duck hunt ☕ Coffee and cake 🌿 A chance to relax and enjoy time together in our beautiful surroundings 🖼️ A special display of children’s artwork inside the church Rev James will also be driving the Heck Mini Bus to help any little (or tired!) legs travel between the church and the beck and back again.
