Fees and Charges
From September 2025, Pickhill Pre-School will be open from 7.30am – 6.00pm each day during term time. Funded hours can be used for sessions within these times, up to a maximum of 10hrs per day.
Fees are payable for all non-funded children or for children who exceed their free-funding allowance.
You will receive notification of the weekly fees due at the start of each term, these should be paid either weekly or half termly in advance.

Extra Charges
Trips
A charge will be made for trips the pre-school take, such as to the theatre or a museum.
School lunches
Our delicious cooked lunches are prepared onsite and can be pre-ordered and paid for online, via our parent app. The cost of these is £2.10 per meal.
3yr old Funding
All children are entitled to 15 hours per week funding from the term after their 3rd birthday. Parents do not need to apply for this.
